Dutch Apple Fritters kids recipe with eggs

Dutch Apple Fritters is sort of finger food makes this food fun for kids to play with before they eat it.
INGREDIENTS
6 large cooking apples
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
Oil for deep frying
Powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Peel the apples and remove the cores.
- Cut into 1/3″-thick slices.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the beaten egg and milk to the flour mixture and mix well to remove any lumps.
- Pour the cooking oil into a deep frying pan to a depth of 1/2″.
- Heat the oil first.
- Dip the apple slices into the batter and deep-fry until golden on one side.
- Flip and fry until golden brown on the other side as well.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Sprinkle the fried apples with confectioner’s sugar.
- Allow to cool down or put in the fridge for 30mints.
