Chocolate fudge candy recipes perfect for gift

Quick and easy fudge candy recipes would make a nice gift.

INGREDIENTS

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 stick butter
1 lg. pkg. marshmallows
3 (6 oz.) p kgs. semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 pkg. candied cherries (red or green, optional)

1 c. flaked coconut (optional)
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS

1- Cook milk and sugar together.

2- Bring to a boil and cook 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

3- Add vanilla.

4- Pour over marshmallows, chocolate morsels, cherries, coconuts and nuts.

5- Beat until smooth.

6- Pour into buttered large pan.

7- Let cool and cut into squares.

8- Makes 5 pounds of fudge.
