Easy Chocolate Peanut Clusters: Crockpot candy is so easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds white candy coating, or almond bark, broken into small pieces
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
4 ounces German’s Sweet Chocolate
24 ounces dry roasted peanuts

Almond-Fudge Truffles Makes 24 Servings
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 cup light cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Truffles…the easiest and most delicious chocolate candy:
PREPARATION:
Bring 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream to a simmer. Pour it over a pound of chopped chocolate and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Cover the mixture and let it cool at room temp. for a few hours (or in the fridge for about 30 min).
